Wholesale Terms & Conditions 

A minimum order of $250 applies to all wholesale orders. The minimum order applies to the wholesale price only and not RRP.

Shipping is NOT included and is a flat rate of $35. Local pick up in Lara can be arranged.

Once we have confirmed your details, we will send you a confirmation email with your wholesale invoice. Once your order has been received and the payment has been cleared, your order will start the manufacturing process. We aim to have your order dispatched within 7 business days. For larger orders, if more manufacturing time is required, we will discuss this directly with you.

Once an order is placed, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Should your order arrive, and an item be faulty or damaged, please contact us immediately at lylaluofficial@gmail.com. Please provide your order number, photos of the damaged/ faulty product/s and any other relevant information. We will endeavor to resolve any issues in a timely manner.
